Meet Our Founder and CEO-Robin Milstead
Robin decided to start Hired Studio with a deep passion to help people, whether they are companies or individuals. She understands that finding your top talent, growing your company, and attracting the right talent to your company is essential to the success of any company. In the same regard, she understands the struggles that candidates feel going through the hiring marketplace. It can be tough, and she wanted to make it easier. Robin has over 10 years of experience in corporate and agency recruiting, human capital consulting, and marketing. Robin’s career began in Houston, Texas and worked in the oil and gas field quickly specializing in accounting and finance recruiting with Lyondellbasell. She now resides in New York City and has worked for companies such as Insperity, GE Capital, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has consulted with some of the largest companies in the world on both a domestic and international scale, but she has a unique skill set in helping high growth companies needing an extra push. Robin has her Bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and has completed graduate work from Texas Woman’s University in business and diversity.
Mergers, Acquisitions and Managing Search Director
Genna comes to Hired Studio with over eight years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate litigation and transactional work. Her practice has been primarily focused in New York. Genna has appeared in Bankruptcy Court handling Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 matters on behalf of creditors and has successfully represented clients at the Appellate Term appealing adverse Civil Court decisions. Genna has represented a variety of clients including banking institutions and has a unique ability to connect and advise clients on a variety of business decisions. Genna now leads the Mergers and Acquisitions practice as well as acting Managing Search Director at Hired Studio where she will guide CPA and Law firms on their business search in hiring growth and through their transactions. Genna has her Bachelors from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctorate from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. She is admitted to the bar in New York, New Jersey, the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York.
Hiring Directors
Hired Studio Hiring Directors are an interdisciplinary group of professionals who come from a variety of backgrounds. Our directors range from industry leading executive and corporate recruiters, human resource professionals, human capital experts, and hiring managers themselves from a particular industry. Many directors are acting practitioners in their given field with over 10 years’ experience, so their advice and guidance is the most up to date in the market. Hiring Directors will hold your hand and guide you through the corporate side of executive recruiting, building your brand or part of the team that helps on your mergers and acquisitions. Hiring Directors are many times brought on from time to time for specific human capital projects depending on their expertise.
Creative Directors
Hired Studio Creative Directors are the art and the pizazz behind your personal image and brand. Our Creative Directors are acting practitioners in the fields of marketing, corporate branding, employment branding, and advertising. The Creative Directors come to Hired Studio with years of experience in branding and will implement strategies to help build your brand whether you are a corporate or candidate client. You can expect to interact with a Creative Director in building your resume, LinkedIn, social media sites and building your personal website. Our Creative Directors will give you that extra edge to get you HIRED or CONNECTED to the talent you are searching for.
Training Directors
Hired Studio Training Directors are a team of corporate trainers who are also acting practitioners in their field. Most are DDI certified and experts in adult learning theory. Their goal is to make sure that you truly grasp the “learn” methodology of Hired Studio. Training Directors may also be Hiring Directors since their roles overlap in many cases. Our trainers come from Fortune 500 companies to lead you in learning hiring techniques that are used by the companies you are most interested in. You can expect to interact with a Training Director during online trainings, in-person trainings or through the materials and curriculum built for you.
